Maintaining Dental Practice Growth

Dr. Alex Sharifian, PDS®-supported owner dentist and Chair of Owner Dentist Development for the PDS Institute®, recently coauthored the article “Achieving Same-Practice Growth: A 3-Pronged Plan,” with Mark Dean, Director of De Novos and Operations Support for PDS. The article, which was published in the September issue of Dental Economics, provides several strategies for practice owners who are struggling to grow their practices.

The article focuses on detailed strategies for impacting the following three aspects of the practice:

  • patient flow
  • PPO plan acceptance
  • patient retention
